THING #34

I CHECKED OUT BOTH FITDAY AND NUTRIDIARY. THEY ARE BOTH EQUALLY GOOD, BUT I DON'T THINK I COULD COMMIT TO POSTING MY MEALS AND ACTIVITIES ON A DAILY BASIS. IT'S VERY TIME CONSUMING TRYING TO REMEMBER EVERY LITTLE THING THAT YOU ATE AND THEN FINDING IT OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO IT ON THE LIST.
THERE ARE SOME GOOD POINTS, THOUGH - LIKE FINDING OUT HOW MANY CALORIES ARE BURNED BY DOING CERTAIN ACTIVITIES AND FINDING OUT WHAT VITAMINS AND MINERALS YOU ARE LACKING FROM YOUR DIET.
I'M SURE THIS SITE MIGHT HELP MANY PEOPLE LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE, BUT I DON'T THINK IT'S FOR ME.
